Bailey is a native Tylerite and has been with Literacy Council of Tyler since November of 2020.
She graduated from Tyler Junior College with a degree in theatre, and then went on to The University of Texas at Tyler, earning her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication in 2018. Prior to working at LCOT, Bailey gained experience with multiple non-profits and served in various different roles. Her background includes fundraising, event planning, real estate, social media, and multimedia production.
She is a proud graduate of Leadership Tyler Class 35, serves on the Tyler ISD Foundation Board of Directors and the Leadership Tyler Alumni Committee, and is a member of AFP East Texas. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, spending time with family, and hanging out with her beagles, Bonnie & Benji.
